Andhra Chicken fry
Ingredients
Boneless chicken
Coriander seeds 1 sp
Cumin seeds 1 sp
Cinnamon 1/2 inch
Elachi 2
Dry chili 3
Green Chili 4
Yogurt 2tbs
Coriander and mint leaves
Ginger 2 inch
Garlic 6
Directions
Roast the spices.
Grind them along with coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, green chili, and yogurt. Make a paste.
Apply this paste to the chicken pieces.
Marinate for a couple of hours.
Fry the chicken pieces in hot oil till golden brown.
Serve hot with lemon wedges and onion
