Chettinad Chicken Biryani
Ingredients
15 Green chili
1 cup coconut
1/2 sp turmeric
2 onion
2 tomato
GG Paste 4 tbs
2 sp chili powder
2 sp coriander powder
1 1/2 sp garam masala
salt to taste
1/2 sp turmeric
coriander leaves

Directions
In a Kadai add oil , green chili, turmeric and fry well and grind to a paste
in a Kadai add oil and fry onion till golden brown
Add GG Paste and fry well
Add Chili powder, salt, coriander poder, garam masala
Add tomato, coriander leave and pudina and fry well
Add ground paste and cook closed lid
Add chicken and cook till 3/4th done
Add rice and cook till done
