Chicken Hadi
Ingredients
Cooking oil 3 tbsp
Sliced onion 1 cup
Chopped garlic 2 cloves
Chopped ginger 1 inch
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Roasted Coriander Crushed 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Chicken curry pieces 500 gm
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Green chili chopped 2 pcs
Plain yogurt 1/4 cup
Dry Fenugreek (কসুরি মেথি) 1 tsp
Water 1/2 cup or more as needed
Cream 1/4 cup
Roasted cumin powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
Directions
Instructions:
1. Stir fry sliced onions in a pan with cooking oil until golden brown on low-medium heat
2. Add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, red chili, turmeric, coriander, garam masala and sauté until fragrant
3. Stir in chicken pieces and sauté for another 10 minutes on medium-high heat
4. Add tomato paste, salt, green chili, plain yogurt, dry fenugreek, and water as needed
5. Cook for 20 minutes on low-medium heat with lid on
6. Pour table cream, sprinkle ground cumin and freshly chopped coriander leaves
7. Ready to Enjoy!
