For Marination

Boneless Chicken - 300 Gms

Salt To Taste

Pepper

Soy Sauce - 2 Tsp

Egg - 1 No.

Corn Flour - 3 Tsp

 

For Sauce

Oil - 2 Tbsp

Broken Cashewnuts - 1/4 Cup

Chopped Ginger - 1 Tsp

Chopped Garlic - 1 Tsp

Chili Flakes - 2 Tsp

Spring Onion Whites

Capsicum - 1/2 No.

Soy Sauce - 2 Tsp

Chili Sauce - 4 Tsp

Tomato Ketchup - 3 Tbsp

Sugar - 1 Tsp

Water - 1/2 Cup

Dissolved Corn Flour

Salt

Spring Onion Greens

Directions

Method

1. To the boneless chicken strips add soya sauce, salt, pepper, eggs & corn flour.

2. Mix well & let it marinate for 1 hour

3. Deep fry the marinated chicken in oil till its golden brown in color. Keep aside

4. Saute cashews, chili flakes, ginger, garlic. Add onions and capsicums and saute

5. Add soya sauce, chili paste & tomato ketchup. Add sugar and salt. Mix well

6. Add some water and add some cornflour slurry and bring it to a boil

7. Add the fried chicken strips and mix well.

8. Garnish with spring onion stalk.
