INGREDIENTS

 

Marination

Chicken - 500 g

Soy sauce - 2 tsp

Garlic powder - 1 tsp

Pepper powder - 1 tsp

Maida - 1 tbsp

Cornflour - 1 tbsp

 

Gravy

Garlic - half a cup, chopped

Spring onion - half a cup , chopped

Capsicum - few, chopped

Pepper Powder - 1 tsp

Soy sauce - 3 tsp

Tomato sauce - 2 tsp

cornflour - 1 tbsp

Sugar - half tsp

 

Recipie

Directions

Marinate Chicken with the marinate - dont add salt

Shallow fry the chicken

In a Kadai add chopped garlic - dont make it brown

Add Spring onion and 4-5 green chili

Add soy sauce and salt if needed

Add fried chaicken

Add 1 cup water, bring to boil and cook well

Add pepper powder, and bell pepper (must still be crunchy)

Add tomato sauce ( dont add more)

Add corn flour slurpy and cook

Add water as needed to make a sauce

Add a little sugar

Bring to one boil and serve
