Guntur Pulao Recipe
Ingredients
chicken
elachi
starnise
biryani leaves
cinnamon
cloves
green chili 7
Coriander powder – 1½ teaspoon
Cumin powder – 1½ teaspoon
Garam masala – 1 teaspoon
Mirchi Powder 1 teaspoon
salt
GG paste 2 tbs
curd 1/2 cup
Directions
1. Mix chicken, coriander leaves, green chili , coriander powder , Cumin powder, Garam masala, Mirchi Powder, salt , GG paste
2. Marinate for 1hr
3. Add oil to a pot and add whole spices (elachi, starnise, biryani leaves, cinnamon, cloves)
4. Add sliced onion. fry till brown
4. add the chicken mixture and fry till almost cooked
5. Add curd and mix will
6. add water and bring to boil
7. Add rice and cook 3/4 done in high flame
8. add 1/2 sp chili powder (don't mix) and coriander leaves
9. close and cook in low flame for 20 min
