Mughlai chicken
Ingredients
Chicken 1 kg
3 onions is cut
Almonds 50 grams
Yogurt 1 Cup
Milk 1 Cup
Ghee (oil) 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
1 piece ginger
Green chilli 3
Salt 1 tsp
Kasuri Mathihi 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Red chilir ½ tsp
Red chili 4
Black paper 1 tsp
clove 1
Coriander 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Directions
Marinate chicken : curd, red chili, salt , turmeric powder and Ginger garlic paste
In a dry pan roast 10 Almond, red chili, black pepper, clove, coriander, cumin and Grind well
In the same Kadai add oil and onion and make it golden brown and set aside
Fry the chicken
Add the ground masala and fry
Add curd and milk and fried onions
Add 1 cup water and 3 green chili
Keep the flame to low and cover and cook for 15 min
