Whole Tender Chicken -1
( Weight between 700 to 800 gm)
For first marination :
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1tsp
Lime -1/2 no
Salt - to taste
For second marination :
Hung yoghurt - 120 gm
Kashmiri chilli powder - 35 gm
Turmeric powder - 5 gm
Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp
Mustard oil -30 ml
Salt - to taste
Garam masala -60 gm
Lime -1/2 no
Directions
For Cooking :
Butter - for basting while cooking
Kasoori methi,chaat masala & lime juice for finishing
