Veg Pulao
Ingredients
Rice
1 cup pudina
1 cup kothamalli
2 onion
2 tomato
1 cup beans
1 cup carrot
bay leave
oil
peas 1/4 cup
1/2 cup coconut
10 green chiili
1/2 cup mushroom
cinnamon
5 cloves
6 elachi
1 sp coriander
2 star ainese
1 sp sombu
15 garlic
2 inch ginger
lemmon juice
Salt
2 sp curd
Directions
In a kadai add oil and ghee
Add garlic, ginger , coriander seeds , star ainese , somfu, cloves, elachi, green chiili and cinnamon
Add pudina and kothamalli leaves
Grind to a paste with coconut
In a kadai add oil and ghee
Add pudina
Add cinnamon, cloves, elachi, star ainese, sombu, briyani leaves
Add 1/2 cup onion and fry well
Add tomato and fry well
Add Veg and fry and curd
Add the ground mix till veg 1/2 cooked
Add water and bring to boil
Add rice and cook till done
