Zaffrani Chicken Korma
Ingredients
Chicken 1 Kg
White Pepper 1 tsp
Cinnamon stick 2-3
clove 5-6
Cumin seeds ½ tsp
Coriander 1 tsp
Cardamom 3
Jaifal 1
Oil ½ Cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Red chili 1 tbs
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Curry spices 1 tbs
salan masala
Kasuri Mathihi 1 tsp
fry onions grand 3
Almonds Kaju (Cashew nuts)
10-10 paste
Yogurt 1 cup
Water 1 Cup or as required
Directions
Grind White Pepper 1 tsp, Cinnamon stick 2-3, clove 5-6, Cumin seeds ½ tsp, Coriander 1 tsp, Cardamom 3 , Jaifal 1
In a kadai add chicken and fry till brown on the outside
add Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp and fry well
add Red chili 1 tbs, Turmeric powder ½ tsp, Salt 1 tsp, Cumin seeds 1 tsp, Curry spices 1 tbs, salan masala, Kasuri Mathihi 1 tsp
Add the ground masala and Fry well
Grind fry onions grand 3 and add to the chicken
Add Almonds Kaju (Cashew nuts)
Add Yogurt 1 cup
Add Water 1 Cup
Cover and cook.
